We want you to love your QUEVN jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy on all items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in its original condition

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No questions asked.
