We want you to love your QUEVN purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@quevn.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Sale items are final sale.
